I recently had endo surgery and there was some bleeding afterwards. I had complications and it went on for a few weeks, instead of continuing to use pads and the uncomfortable-ness of that, I thought I’d try these. It’s very comfortable. The lace waist makes it comfortable to wear even when you’re in a range of sizes. I found this waist was more comfortable than the basic mid rise, which felt more restrictive and wasn’t my preference. I would highly recommend these.

I finally wore out my first pair of classic full briefs. I was delighted to buy 3 new pairs as good as those whose tired elastic and hole in the liner needed to be replaced. The waist elastic seems firmer and flatter. My one wish unfulfilled—flatten the seam in the waistband elastic so it doesn’t dig in under the waistbands of my slacks.
