Great shipping time!

I had an issue with my package from my first order with Modern Needs, that was caused by the delivery provider. I had insured the package for under $3 when I placed the order. I called the delivery provider and they were not helpful at all. I then called Modern Needs and a real person answered my call immediately, with no hold time. She was very empathic with my situation, spent several minutes on the phone with me, and reshipped the order at no additional cost. I have now received the package in good shape and I'm very pleased with the product. It's hard to find good customer service these days, but Modern Needs has fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Modern Needs.
