I’ve been taking MitoQ for several years now. I’m 66 and have been running long distances since 1973, and people often say I look 10–20 years younger. Whether that’s down to genetics, consistent training, or a healthy diet is hard to say. In any case, I plan to continue using MitoQ—there are no widely reported adverse side effects, and the underlying rationale for its potential benefits is at least scientifically plausible.
