I bought the wrong shade and wanted to exchange. Milk told me to keep it, and will send me my shade free of charge. It came right away and it melts right into my skin. It gives me great coverage and doesn’t feel heavy or cakey. I have oily skin and I used it with the Milk Primer (the green one) and my makeup doesn’t melt or move, and I’live in Texas. I had a great first experience with them and will continue to shop with them!

I have rosacea and have a hard time finding products without agitating ingredients; on top of that I refuse to compromise my values when purchasing (I'll go without first). I love how easy it is to find cruelty-free, oil-free products that match my skintone and make me look and feel beautiful. They are also fair labor, and affordable at the same time. My only complaint is the broad use of plastic in their packaging (I'd pay more for glass and rubber), but there are cosmetics recycling programs that I am able to use so it's a compromise for me.
