I’ve had my M9 for a few weeks now, and I really like the adjustment options, which make things super comfortable. The seat base is also very cooling, especially for not being mesh. The armrests were my only gripe, so I ended up buying the FS 360 armrests and am very satisfied with those. I bought the chair on a 20% sale, and right after I purchased, they went on a 25% sale, so Mavix graciously offered me a credit for the 5% difference to match the sale. Super happy with them.
