Tanner was the key player in making this an excellent experience. He was personable and professional at the same time. The items ordered came earlier than expected and were of the highest quality. This certainly won't be the last time I order from MARCOPromos.

I order a few different ribbons. All but one came out great looking like the proofs they showed. The one that didn't, it seems a rejected proof got used instead of the approved one. But they were willing to work quickly and made sure the replacement one they sent looked good. All within time for the event I needed them for. They were all shipped out quickly, a bit of issue with UPS putting them on the wrong truck which caused a bit of delay for the replacement package. But it still arrived before the event date due to Marco working quickly and getting the replacement ribbons out so quickly.
