Great - ordered post from a reseller and got the wrong hardware bag. Called up and gave info and got sent the right hardware bag. No questions. Made sure their mailbox was done right.

It was delivered in a timely manner. All the parts were intact and the installation went exactly as planned.

Our first delivery was lost as a result of FedEx leaving it at the street rather than our front door. Mailbox works was wonderful to work with. They provided a replacement and arranged for the delivery. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
