Great customer service and was able to make adjustments after ordering.

Shipping service was great and the mailboxes were packed very well . Ihada little problem deciding on the colors so I had to return the copper mail box and I kept the oiled bronze colored mailbox. The whole returning process went very well and customer service was very kind and helpful to me as I had never returned anything except on Amazon before Thank you !

MailboxWorks has easy to order form, stated that it would take up to four weeks and I got it in four weeks. I had no issues with them.
