Unfortunately I tried to resolve an issue I was having with a product and was left with a broken product (that cost $400) and I did not receive the support I requested. Replacement parts were not available from the company and I was expected to repurchase the entire unit that I did not need. I would not buy from this company again.

I have been seeing on online reviews about it and finally I have been trying out their products for a while as well .. I only had an issue with their purple shampoo but I passed out to my friend instead of returning and she loved it .. so I think something about me reacted .. other than alll other products are great made my hair smooth and nice 👍
