Going above and beyond
One of the sales reps went out of their way to contact me after there was issues with the USPS having shipping delays. Not only did he contact me within 3 hours of my complaint, he explained in detail how Loti Labs had no control of the shipping delay due to a Midwestern storm. But because he cared about my experience he refunded not only the express shipment, but the entire product I bought. And help told me to keep the refund, even if the product came to me. That made my day so well.
