I did use the customer service chat for some help and my experience was great.

Logitech always delivers perfectly. My keyboard arrived in a short amount of time with great packaging! My only issue was with the delivery system online. It just didn’t update when it was going to be delivered but I’ve had that happen a few times with various companies, so I expected it to arrive around the time it did.

Tracking info was quick and it came way faster than expected! Was in pristine condition, exactly as depicted on the website, and everything worked as intended!
