I had spoken to the staff and even the manager during my call to Sankalpa. I have the Chakra Tapestry mat.. it is such a beautiful design and I love practicing on it.. I just wish it would grip! They keep telling that over time it will... It has been over a year and still slippery. I just now persevere with it and use it for yin or a slower vinyasa practice.

When delivered I had to pay extra fees and a penalty IMMEDIATLY. Otherwise the delivery man would take back my yogamat!!! When I discussed this with Sankalpa, their answer was mainly: Some people are lucky with European Customs, others are not.
