Shipping was good. Unfortunately fit was not however I was told to Donate them to women’s shelter which I felt was amazing! So impressed by that response as I donate clothes and household Items several times a year. Great business idea during the pandemic! Kudos!

There was an issue with the fit calculator - it gave very wrong size. I'd already thrown out the packaging, so instead of dealing with a return I just ordered correct size. Customer service noticed my "re-order" and contacted me about the calculator issue - they offered an exchange and when I said I'd already discarded packaging and was donating pants because I just didn't have time for the return hassle - customer service rep immediately offered that hey would simply credit my account and go ahead and donate. Got he new pants, int he correct size, and they are wonderful.
