It's supportive for a 6'1 240lb man. Though it is a bit bouncy and has a slight airbed feeling. I fixed this by adding a 2 inch memory foam topper.

Good and fast

The site was helpful when comparing mattresses. I did go to West Elm to check a couple out. Also looked at mattress reviews. Ordering was easy and I had to contact Leesa about something and they were more than helpful. This was the first time shopping for a mattress online, also buying a hybrid. I think the whole experience went smoothly. I would do it again.
