I found the chat function very helpful. Better than most. We have bought two Leesa before but I knew we needs a different version this time.

I waited a few months to purchase my mattress because I wanted to make sure I'd done my research. Frankly, I was nervous about trusting a box mattress brand. I'm a side sleeper and would wake up with lower back/hip pain every morning, even at hotels. After all my searching I was hopeful that with Leesa, I was getting a quality mattress that would hold up and I had a nice firm mattress product. That said, the hype was true. I'm only about a month into sleeping on my new mattress (Leesa Plus) but, it's a perfect match for my sleep/body type. I haven't even thought about that my morning back and hip pain until writing this review. . . Its been BLISS. It was also a super easy shipping and unboxing process. Would recommend!
