Great Recovery!
I ordered my mattress for Legend Chill Hybrid and it went fairly smoothly. But within a week a serious issue arose; the delivery folks couldn't seem to find my mattress. Made a couple of calls to Leesa, got a number for the delivery folks, and had a couple of phone calls with them. Seemed to be some confusion.
I finally reached out to Leesa and Cayla responded. We spoke on the phone and then emails. She tracked down the issue - seems the mattress was sent to the wrong address and the delivery folks had no idea where it was - despite some conversations to the contrary. In the meantime, Cayla had ordered a new mattress- just in case - and once it was confirmed they hadn't found it, it was shipped out immediately, We were now nearly 4 weeks since my order was submitted, so Cayla was also kind enough to refund the delivery fee and tracked he mattress to my home. The deliver folks came when they said they would and were finished in about 15 minutes.
So, despite the initial issues, Cayla came through for us in a very professional, courtesy, and efficient manner. She is a credit to Leesa's customer service. She should be recognized for the great impression - and recovery - she made.
