Great folks, I'm local enough to do pickup at the warehouse. I do wish they had a retail store. I'd love to have more visibility to the products and time with the staff which are very helpful. In fairness there are no winemaking stores in the northern Ohio area so I suppose it's not a great business model.

Very professional group of people. I had an issue with broken bottles over the Thanksgiving holiday, they replaced them and shipped the replacement out quickly. Have and will continue to use this business! Thank you
