I recently purchased an engagement ring for my (now) fiancée, and our experience with Ken and Dana has been exceptional. Their service and attention to detail were great. The team is friendly, professional, and prompt in responding to emails. They made this whole experience very pleasant for us. The craftsmanship is outstanding and my fiancée loves her ring very much. I reached out to Ken and Dana Design for my wedding band since my now husband got my engagement band from them. I had already purchased a band that I designed but was having major second thoughts about it as I was leaning towards a v-shaped band that wouldn’t touch my marquise center stone. They also checked the details of the ring my husband purchased and ensured that the wedding band would be a perfect fit and match to my engagement ring. Even after I went back and forth a bit on 14 vs 18k gold, all communications with me were super friendly and helpful! And I absolutely LOVE my wedding band! It’s perfect with my engagement ring.
