From start to finish, this was a masterclass in customer service, something that feels increasingly rare today. Every email response was prompt, thoughtful, and packed with industry knowledge, expert guidance, and honest opinions. At no point did I feel like I was being sold to. Instead, it felt like I was asking a trusted friend, a mother, or my fiancée's sister what the smartest and most meaningful choice would be. There was genuine care behind every recommendation. One of my biggest concerns was the Skyla design. In some photos and videos, the setting appeared higher profile than what my fiancée would have wanted. Rather than dismissing the concern, the team immediately engaged in an open discussion about ring dimensions, design considerations, possible modifications, and realistic expectations. They listened, educated, and collaborated. That level of transparency gave me complete confidence in the decision. Another highlight was witnessing how the entire team came together when I found myself in a time-sensitive situation. Without sharing too many details, I needed the attention of multiple members of the Ken and Dana team, and it genuinely felt as though everything stopped so they could focus on ensuring a successful outcome for one customer, me. That's the pinnacle of a retail experience. Even more impressive is that they were doing it from New York while helping coordinate one of the most important moments of my life.
