Excellent sustained customer service during a protracted process to have my scent shipped to my PO Box in California. So grateful!

I got a sample of this scent at a hotel in NYC and loved it so much that I splurged on the full size for $100. The full-sized scent is WAY too overpowering. Wish I didn't purchase. Pretty scent though and the lotion does a good job moisturizing.
