Fedex was very efficient & pkg delivered in timely manner. Shoes unfortunately were so big i couldn't keep on my feet. Return to Store in Oakville - Mgr Anna looked after me & probably the easiest return that I have ever done in my life !!! Kudos to J & M & team leader Anna. These shoes look great and are very comfortable. Above all, the service I received was excellent. Originally, I was only sent one shoe. However, the process of dealing with the issue was dealt with flawlessly by the great customer service staff. Way to go Johnston & Murphy!
