I made a claim and received a positive answer within one working day. The way the customer service dealt with the problem was fast, efficient, friendly and straightforward. John Henric is a nice brand where you get good value for your money. Mistakes/production errors can happen to anyone of us, but the key is how you deal with them. And I can tell the way John Henric solved this problem was outstanding. This gives me a lot of trust also for my future orders.
