Wonderful introduction to sous vide for a total beginner. It’s intuitive to use, loved the App for keeping an eye on the time. Made salmon on day one and it came out moist and melt in your mouth, venison on day two, so tender and tasty especially after I seared it. Very quiet to use as well which is a bonus. Recommend highly
