Very easy to take in capsule form, no need to add water, ships quickly

In 2019 I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and prescribed medication. Last year I also struggled with hip bursitis. After several months of physio the pain persisted, so I decided to try Ingenious collagen.
