Generally the system works well. You get a reminder and then the package of collagen capsules is dispatched and delivered. I like the fact that I can hold back delivery if for any reason I have had to delay taking the capsules. A solid system, although I do not think I received a reminder of the upcoming date of new batch. Thank you
