This is my go to pre-workout! I have tried others and nothing gets the job done like this BURN. I find myself sweating more too which is always a plus because I tend to not sweat a lot no matter how hard I'm pushing myself. It doesn't leave me feeling jittery or the dreaded tingly feeling either!
