I placed my order 1/18/2020. On 1/20/20 I received notice that the part was out of stock. It's now 1/28/2020 with no part or follow up as to when my part will be available or delivered

Haven’t received watch band yet

l have not received the item that was ordered and paid for on the 14th Jan

My order went on back order for what seemed like an inappropriately long time. There was no communication. I reached out to you then suddenly in short order my watch band was shipped. I have purchased this band from you in the past without trouble. This experience was unfortunate.
