Failed to acknowledge receipt or provide service in 24 days.

You received my citizen H610 eco drive watch on March 4 and replied to my inquiry msg on March 15 asking to "rest assured" the watch is safe and sound and stating it takes 4-7 business days to "log the watch in your system" and send me acknowledgement. Till now it is 24 days / 16 business days but this didn't happen. No email replies whatsoever and no apologies, besides phone calls are blocked. I don't think you respect your customers. Please find my watch and return it to me ASAP without delay. This is my USPS tracking number: 9202 0902 5687 1600 0801 91

I ordered my Citizen Watch Bracelet on 01/08/20 and was charged $189.07. As of this date 06/16/20 I have still have not received said Watch Bracelet, nor have I been contacted by Hurley Roberts to explain why it is taking so long.

I was misled when ordering

I was misled when ordering a replacement watch band through you guys that you had the part available to ship. Only after processing my order and taking my funds you later sent an email stating the part was on back order and would be available in 7-15 business days ,not to include the four weekend days in between. I wish you guys were forthcoming and given me the option to continue placing my order with you or seeking elsewhere. You guys made that decision for me. More than likely I would have continued with the order, but not all shoppers may opt to wait. Harold R.
