The experience I've had so far has been okay. I give it 3 stars. The Leather band I purchased is nice looking and good quality. however the mistake I made was assuming all bands come in ample size . every watch I own has a band that comes with enough room for most wrists. This band came to me a tad bit on the small side. I was able to wear my watch and admire the band , but after a few days I realized that if I ever had a need to adjust the band to a larger setting ,I could not. I now am stuck with this band because I cannot return a used band, my mistake. I did not recall seeing anything on the web site about size of band. This has been a learning experience for me.

It took me a while to convince your person that I probably knew how to install the band myself without having to resort to a jeweler. I bought the appropriate "tools" and did it myself in spite of constant statements that I should take it to an "expert". I didn't know that those very small items were really expandable and the pins could be driven in with the right pin driver. That being the case, the band was really expensive but looks great.

Every sword has two sides. I initially enjoyed working with Hurley Roberts Service to repair my Citizens dive watch! The web site was very easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple. The problem came when I actually received the wrist band for my watch. It came with no pins to actually attach the band to my watch! When I called to express my problem, they spoke to me in a very condescending mannor. They said the site said band only. Great! Who the hell sells watch bands with out the pins to attach the band to the watch! Overall, a decent experience...I guess, but I'm not happy that I now have to purchase the pins. I'm currently trying to find another vendor to find the pins because of the way I was handled with customer service.

Overall new watch band is good. However, one of the strap bands broke immediately on my new watch band. My husband has repaired it twice already. Seems like quality lacking there.
