Despite an email indicating the band was on back order and would not arrive for 2 weeks, it came a week early.

I gave you four stars instead of five for this reason: It was never adequately explained to me why I had to buy a whole band when all I needed was a link. I am relatively sure that whoever makes this band for Citizen also makes links. The band did arrive well packaged and undamaged, as described, and in a timely fashion. For that you get good marks. Your pricing is about average; neither at the high end or the low end. If asked I would recommend you to others.
