Keeping up on my order status was great product wasn't in stock and I got it asap

This replacement watch band was true to what was advertised (4 Stars for that), but the delivery time was extremely long. This took several weeks to receive, so I probably wouldn't use this seller again, and I had to follow-up with theml on the delivery of the item.

The product is great, however I'm displeased at how it can go up in price almost $20.00 from the last time I purchased the exact same product. Not to mention the sales person was unclear as to why and a little rude.

Band is great except it should be thicker, more substantial.

To many write a review emails before the product arrived, otherwise good.
