It took 2 months to receive the watch band. I felt communication could have been better. The watch band just showed up in the mail and I had no idea it was even mailed. None of my emails were answered and I had no way to know if they were even received by the company.

The product is great, original manufacture of band. Perfect fit. The product is five star, although I have to give four stars is because of the very long wait due to item on backorder.
