I Finally Got My Watch Back
In January, I had left a low review after MONTHS and MONTHS of not getting my watch back, nor any communication/responses to my requests for answers. Shortly thereafter, I had an email from Mark giving me the option of sending my watch back unrepaired (no mention of a $225.00 refund if I chose that option) or they would get to it as soon as they could. I chose to leave it with them, hoping that it would get repaired.
TODAY, I received my watch back. Thank you, Mark. I might suggest that you do better with communication when a customer "voices" a concern. The bad review could have been avoided.
