I had called Citizen to order a replacement band for my broken one. They said it would be 4 to 8 weeks to order. I received an invoice for when it came in. I was finally called 10 weeks later and told it was in. When I tried to call to order, two days in a row, I could not get through. The invoice had a part number on it so I did a search and hurleyrobertsservice.com came up. It was in stock for much less than my invoiced amount. I ordered it and had it within 3 days. Very impressive. This is the only place I will ever go for watch replacement parts and I will definitely spread the word. GREAT JOB!

Bought my band and pins and 4 days later it arived. No problems no issues. Band was perfect with no scratches or dings. I've installed on my watch and its the right one I wanted. I'm very satisfied and will come back here when my other watches need a replacement band!
