The service provided relative to ordering and receiving my watch band was excellent. However, the quality of the supposedly leather band is terrible. It began peeling immediately out of the package and continues to peel during normal everyday use. For this reason I will not buy from or recommend to others in the future.

It is hard to find a great watch with a leather band, I was very pleased to find the replacement band for my Citizen Eco ladies watch. Very Pleased!
