Mark, The band was perfect and arrived in a timely fashion. This particular band is very difficult to find and equally hard to install. After receiving it , I had to take it to a local watch repair guy to get it put on. My only issue and it's not your problem, because you are not the manufacturer, but I wish Citizen had a more durable solution, I end up replacing this band about once a year, but I love the watch.
