My Citizen's Promaster Skyhawk A-T was around 15 years old, scuffed up, crystal scratched, bezel completely worn. Despite this it still kept perfect time. I poked around several sites, including Citizen's factory sites for repair. I settled on Hurley Roberts and I'm glad I did. They replaced the bezel, upgraded the old scratched crystal to sapphire, replaced the gaskets, performed a water proof test, and cleaned the band and case. I could not be happier with the results. The repair was not cheap, I could come close to buying a new watch with the price of repairs. I didn't want a new watch, I wanted THIS watch, the one that I wore on 6 combat deployments and every milestone in my life. Why do we wear watches in the first place? It isn't about the time. I will warn you, the process is not quick; know and understand that going in. You aren't going to get your watch back in a week. I think the whole process was 3-4 months. Once they received my watch they kept me informed of the process and their estimate for return was spot on. I could not give them a higher recommendation. I am ecstatic!

Just got it back from repair. So happy with the service. Excellent communication, detailed invoice, kept me in the loop thru out the process and I got my watch back today! Looks brand new! Highly recommend!

I sent in my 12 year old SkyMaster for a refurb. Got it back this week. Watch is like brand new... like the day I bought it. HR takes their time, but it's well worth it. Extremely happy.
