Der Teleskopgriff meines Koffers war abgebrochen. Ich habe diesen zur Reparatur im Berliner Store abgegeben. Am nächsten Tag kam die Mail das die Reparatur abgeschlossen ist. Aufgrund der Garantie kostenlos. Ein super Service und sehr nettes Personal.

Nice backpack and a wonderful addition for my little suitcase. This was the missing piece for short trips! Love it.

I have had my luggage for 5 years and it broke in quite a few places. When I brought it back, the shop attended was super helpful and even though not in the warranty had it fixed for free. That was real customer service! I even received a luggage replacement for the meantime and the repair was done super quickly after the weekend :) Super happy, highly recommend 💐
