Adult Perfect Weight Dog Food

My dog is actually almost eleven-yrs-old, but there was no formula for her age. So I bought the one to six yrs-old (or is it seven?). Either way, she didn't seem to like the taste as much, and I think she prefers larger bites for chewing. Lastly, it made her go way too much that her bottom became raw. I know it's supposed to help them lose weight, and it did a little bit, but not sure if it's because she ate less or had to go so often. Either way, she was not comfortable & I didn't like knowing that she had to go so much, especially if I was not home. So I switched over to the easy digest for her age & we'll see how she does. So far she seems to like it okay, as she's at least eating all of it. However, it's only been a few days now. Plus, it's a bit costly and for those of us on a budget we would like to still feed our dogs healthier food. However, it seems to do this we have to spend so much, and many of us cannot afford the higher cost of the food -plus you get less in the bag (doubly-whammy).

Our dog just refuses to eat this dog food. We were hoping she would like it. Not sure why, we have tried everything and she still will not touch it.

The product is good. My dog has been on this food for quite some time. The problem is becoming the price. I've noticed they are dropping the 15lb bag and going to a 12lb bag. I've seen the price at Petsmart go from around $34/ bag to $52/ bag. This is getting ridiculous and may cause me to go look elsewhere for dog food as much as I do not want to do that to my dog.

Should've left a good thing alone. I have a hypothyroid girl and every calorie count and protein % matters. She was losing weight on it until you upped the calories and protein. She did like the food

Our dogs used to love the healthy weight food until they changed it. Now they barely eat. We bought a bag of regular hills dog food but it only helped for the first day or so. It's now common for any one of the 3 to have food left in their bowl all day. The other dogs don't eat it out of their bowl either. That's not like them at all.
