Everything is all awesome, but stillthere are some some small difficulties which i face like its small accessories which i am not abel to purchase in my area

Inspite of too much delivery time charger was not there. It again took a long time. And there was faulty or scratched or damaged one part of bicycle . They send it after complain and still not assembled only delivery of that part and also ln key was missing . It wa totally a worst experience with herolectro. Please consider it

Delivery was not great. I would have liked delivery in a box and assembly onsite

Its hard to connect to anyone or support executive when needed, My cycle delivery took 2 weeks which is not to the par :(

1. Once I ordered the cycle, proper feedback of despatch was not given & I had to follow up manyvtimes. 2. When delivered, the cycle was of wrong Color. I had ordered yellow F2i and was delivered blue 3. One part (the nut bolt holding the seat) was missing & I had to follow up many time for the same. Only once I raised the return request, the part was despatched to me. Extremely bad customer care. I will never recommend it to anyone.
