I Purchased a beautiful pair of diamond studs, over 3 carats about a year ago from great Heights. Kim was fantastic and the experience was wonderful and personal. However, about a month ago I lost one of the bags. I contacted grade Heights to see if I could get a replacement. I was thrilled when they told me I could purchase a pair of bags for $40. I paid right away. About 10 days later the bags came but they are not the screw backs that I need. I’m not sure what type of backs they are I’ve never seen anything like them but they are flat and hard to hold. They do not fit my screw back earrings studs. I contacted them and sent photos. About three days later I will see if to respond saying I would get a response but I am still waiting. I would love to be able to wear my diamond stud earrings again. My daughter is now looking at engagement rings and I am reluctant To steer her towards great heights because of the customer service at this point. I guess they’ve gotten very busy which is good for them. Maybe the whole time in business has gotten very busy after quarantine.

First time making an online order for a diamond ring so there was a level of skepticism. When I opened the box and saw what was ordered I was in utter bliss. The 2.04, E, VS1 oval diamond ring that I ordered is absolutely amazing. My freshly dubbed fiancé cannot stop looking at it and is beyond happy with what she received - it definitely satisfies her dream ring.

This was an overall wonderful experience. I was a little concerned going online for an engagement ring, but Great Heights made it a wonderful experience. Lots of help in finding the PERECT diamond and setting. I was given lots of updates through the process. Received the ring actually earlier than anticipated and it was perfect. I purchased a 1.01 caret VVS2, G, Ideal Cut stone and paired it with a simple cathedral solitaire setting, which is what my wife had wanted. It shipped on the day promised and arrived the day before Thanksgiving, almost a month before our anniversary. I just couldn’t wait, so I gave it to her about four weeks early, during pandemic Thanksgiving, because who COULDN’T use a bit more happiness these days? Well, it turns out that that was the correct decision, as she’s thrilled with it and keeps telling me how much she loves it. The diamond is fantastic and sparkles like you wouldn’t believe, with not a hint of visible fluorescence or color. The platinum setting is exactly what it supposed to be — essentially a means of showing off the diamond. Great experience with Great Heights (and with Rare Caret, which directed me to Great Heights).
