Y’all were wonderful. The day you were shipping the picture we ordered you announced a 30 % off sale. I contacted you and you honored the sale for my purchase. FedEx was another story. We were out of town when they delivered the picture. They needed a signature. I called FedEx and had them hold it until we got back in town. Some days passed and fed ex called and said I needed to contact them or they were sending the picture back. I called them the day they called and got an extension. We got back into town and went to the FedEx location they were holding it. When we got there they said it was at another FedEx location. We went there and they said they shipped it back. We explained we got an extension, we even had a new number for the extension. They didn’t want to hear it and said there should have been better communication. I’m not sure what we could of done more. I had it held and then I called for an extension. We have a call into you about the situation. We will have it shipped to my husband’s office when you ship it again so this doesn’t happen again. Frustrating.

Great quality. Amazing picture. Looking forward to hanging it up. And the pride donation was the cherry on top.
