Green Tea + Mint

I received Grand Tongo Green Tea + Mint bug spray from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I used it during several long afternoons outdoors in grassy areas, and it impressed me. First, the feel of the spray on skin is practically weightless. It dries quickly and leaves no greasy or sticky residue, which is a big deal for me since I usually hate how bug sprays feel. It is easy to apply by spraying a gentle mist and rubbing it to cover the skin area. I was out for hours at a time and didn’t get a single bite from insects. I’d typically have to reapply other sprays, but this one kept working the entire time. The fragrance is another standout. It’s subtle and fresh, kind of like a gentle herbal mint tea. Not overwhelming like perfume, just clean and pleasant. If you’re looking for a bug repellent that works hard without making you feel like you're wearing chemicals, this is it.

First of all - I didn't know that there would be any options in scent regarding an insect repellant. I just thought you either smell like chemicals or you don't wear any! The scent of the Green Tea & Mint was absolutely incredible! I felt like I was applying a body spray that smelled amazing! The mist is really fine, so it doesn't feel thick or tacky going on your skin. It basically disappears and you're good to go! I get eaten by mosquitos when I go outside during summer months. They always find a way to locate me and leave me with lovely souvenirs on my arms and legs! I used the Grand Tongo Green Tea & Mint Insect Repellant this weekend - and I came back inside with not one bite in sight! It worked extremely well, and I absolutely forgot that I was wearing it. This product was sent to me in exchange for my opinion by Stellar Product Testing Panel, but I would absolutely buy it again over and over.

We used it in our heavily wooded backyard and the whole family, including my daughter who normally is attacked by bugs, went unbitten. The smell is accurate with the green tea description but not too overpowering, the spray itself feels clean and not too sticky, my kids kept wanting to reapply they like it so much! Highly recommend this product for those looking for something with a clean feeling and great smell that’s kid friendly!

This was effective at keeping mosquitoes away from me, like any product with picaridin. The green tea and mint smell is nice, not overwhelming. It leaves me a little oily feeling but I rub it into my skin and it dries better. Thanks to stellar product testing panel for allowing me to try this product.

I received the Green Tea and Mint Insect Repellent from Grand Tongo to test as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I am impressed! The product sprays on very lightly, which is great because I feel like very little product is wasted in the spraying process. The spray is a small stream but also the product sits very lightly on the skin without any sticky or noticeable residue. I could barely tell that the product was there, especially because the scent is very light to start and fades quickly which I love as someone who is sensitive to fragrance. I totally forgot I was even wearing bug spray! My yard gets a lot of mosquitos in the summer, and I noticed a definite difference in the number of bites we would get when wearing this product. I noticed no bites at all after applying this bug spray, which is a big difference from the many bites we usually receive. As I mentioned before, the fragrance is very light. It is a hint of mint when first applied but truly fades quickly and is no longer noticeable. I like that the scent is natural as well and not chemically or harsh in any way. This product now comes with me in my diaper bag and is ready to go at all times if we notice a lot of bugs wherever we end up. I love that the package is mess free as well, because I feel like some bug sprays end up leaking. I don’t have to worry about leaky product with the Grand Tongo spray, which makes it easy to add to our diaper bag so we can always be prepared. I am definitely impressed with this insect repellent!
