I'm 55, and fighting hard
I'm 55, and fighting hard to regain core strength and balance after decades of SITTING! I keep my GiBoard next to my desk or in front of the TV and just work on body awareness, strength and balance for a couple of minutes a few times a day. It's fun! And I'm already seeing big improvements that should translate into less back and hip pain and better performance in all my other activities! Highly recommend!
