Ordered message onesies for twin newborns. Free shipping included BUT the "Shipment Address" box would not let me enter the address of the gift recipient, a new Mom, only my own. The "Billing Address and Shipping Address had to match. It cost me an additional $14.00 to mail the onesies. Could not find a phone # to call for ordering assistance when the shipping address reject came up.

So I was asked to review this onesie I ordered...however, I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED IT!

Ordered wrong size and nobody to contact to correct. Sent email and nobody has replied yet after a week. Request a return as suggested and no reply yet.

I have tried to get a hold of someone I have not received my shirt it’s a Xmas present can someone get a hold of me please so I can buy something else if it won’t get here in time. Annette

They say your items will be shipped in 24-48 hours, after 2 and 1/2 weeks and multiple emails, which I got 1 reply that was snarky and without apology for their terrible service, I finally got a tracking number, but it says that the label was printed but not actually shipped yet. So I wouldnt know because they will not send me the items I paid for
