I would just like to say I researched a lot of shower unites and I personally think that Freedom Showers are the best quality on the market backed by a 30-year warranty guarantee, easy install 5-piece unit I would rather have it 10 to 1 over a tile shower assembly there is no chance for a water leak ever with its over lapping design. I met a member of the customer care team by the name of Rosella Maria I’m tell you she is the Best I told her I was looking for a Shower assembly that was ADA Compliant that would satisfy a VA grant application with a no lip entry for a roll in/ walk in wheelchair accessibility. Well Rosella went to work as we talked on the phone, she walked me through the website and I found all the different sizes and options that I was looking for we settled on the 37”X 60”X 78” Unit then looked at all the different accessories available. Rosella put a complete package together for me in No Time, and I completed the order with a credit card she submitted it to the supplier out of Virginia it shipped fast. Rosella made several follow up call through the delivery process to make sure all parts were in the order correctly, and assisted my contractor through the install phase. I am so proud to have met Rosella and The Freedom Shower Customer Care Team, and everywhere I go I am Recommending Freedom Showers to Military Veterans seeking a grant for a shower upgrade.
