I just got my 45l backpack, distribution its amazing, actually you can't fill it fully (weight limit as carry on on most airlines) I flew recently Mexico Volaris, and Arizona Delta and had no problems or not even inquiries, but it does seem bulky or too big even for my size (Im 5,8. with a wide back and still feels like it protrudes and looks big (kinda feels like Saint Seiyas Knight of the Zodiac when they are carrying their armors-it just feels big), Im waiting for restock to get my 35L just to be sure and tranquil when I use it as a carry on. Nonethe less its amazing, im still keeping my 45L.
