The service team was responsive and available, but the new controller was a downgrade from the original. The biggest issue is the screen is not as bright and easy to read. There is a bright red light on the front that shines all the time lighting up the room. The other issue is the power cord comes out of the back of the controller vs the bottom so it is very difficult to mount it to the tile wall where it was mounted. I was told this was my only option and to make it work more or less.
