EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Nick and the entire Fireplaces Direct team were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and great with communication. We greatly appreciated the help with changing our initial order when we decided to change the size of firplace we wanted to purchase. From the fireplaces being shipped out in the estimated timeframe, to sending out additional lava rock when a bag was missing from our order, to resolving the issue with our fireplace not working due to a thermocouple issue, customer service was very responsive and was quick to resolve every issue.
