After we initially got the situation taken care of meaning we had to get a different remote because the one they sent us was not working, but they got me back to working again and we are very happy and pleased with how fast they got the remote to us and how easily they made it so I could send the other remote back. We were very happy with the company.

Friendly people, knowledgeable, patient and available. They talked me through the selection of the correct transmitter and receiver, the installation and programming process for 2 fireplaces.

The folks at Fireplace Remote Controls were great. They answered all of my question before and after I purchased 2 remotes (one for each of the 2 fireplaces in the house). The technology has changed quite a bit since the original remotes and receivers were installed over 10 years ago. It takes considerable patience to successfully explain programming digital control units to a woefully analog customer, but they did it, and they did it well.
