Shipping is always fast and customer service is responsive and helpful every time.

We have 8 cats and while this did take the full month for effects to kick in (as the packaging states) we also started two of our cats in fluoxetine, changed our feeding strategy and moved into a bigger home (lol, the last one was only due to work purposes though. . . not the cats). However, there is now peace and harmony (no more staring down other cats, stalking behavior, etc). I'd highly recommend trying the Optimum formula for a multi at household.

I think the Optimun Feliway Plugins work immensely with helping my cats get along well. They help with the outside TNR cat I fed for years and finally forced her to come inside and stay. It took a couple months for her to adjust to being inside and she’s still adjusting, but now loves it inside. She is thankful to be inside now. My male cats knew her through the window plus one had been outside with her till I got him in first. That helps with them all living together in harmony. Just some jealousy now for mommy’s attention.
