While each year varies in themes presented and execution a bit, the overall quality of content, attendees, and production is consistently phenomenal. The staff understands needs of vendors and attendees and ensures all needs are met with plenty of meet ups, informational sessions and times, and one of the best venues possible. A must attend show for any digital professional.

The conference was good, a lot of really interesting speakers and I left with some great ideas to test and ways to improve our business. My only criticism was the utensils. Worst utensils ever.

Enjoyed etail 2020 very much. The number of attendees was relatively low, however, most of them were relevant to the kind of clients we're after.

Loved a lot of the sessions and speakers I attended. This is my second year and I think there is a wealth of information and inspiration to guide us through our year of agendas. My only complaint, was I felt the food was better last year and having some diet restrictions I felt there was a lot of gluten and I couldn't eat as much where as last year I didn't feel that way. Not the end of the world!
