My wife and I ordered rings to replace our wedding bands for our 10 year anniversary. We were taking a celebration trip to Japan so we were able to pick them up at the Ginza store in Tokyo. The whole process was very easy and straightforward. We met with a representative over video call for them to go over what we wanted and our options. We received a quote relatively soon after. The process to make the rings takes 3 months so we did this pretty far in advance. We had an appointment to pick them up in Japan a couple days after we arrived. We were very warmly welcomed by the sales staff, and even though their English wasn’t perfect, they immediately connected us via iPad to an agent in Tokyo, who translated everything the kind saleswomen in Osaka were showing us. My fiancée finally chose her favorite ring, and we confirmed the order with an advance payment of half the value. About three months later, the ring was delivered to us in Switzerland, where we live. Sakura, who accompanied us for two and a half weeks in Japan, now sits as a diamond on the finger of the woman I love. Thank you for everything.
