I have similar pair in a size 7 (normal size is US 7. 5) and they were a little big, so I thought I’d size down to 6 since they don’t come in half sizes and they were way too small. When requesting a refund and return, you guys not only refunded my money, but told me to keep the product. That was very impressive and unheard of in this economy. Super awesome experience!
