For 10 years, I was pleased with the cover for my Harley. When the zipper broke, I called the company and was surprised to learn that it was covered under a lifetime warranty. The rep explained that they would be happy to replace it. All I had to do was mail back the broken zipper. Within a week, the brand new cover arrived! Exceptional customer service. My new Dowco cover is by far the nicest, most sturdy, cool as crap design ever. A really well made cover. New black color also nice. The best!!!
